Recent projects have included a detailed analysis of EU MVNO markets, including the effects on service prices and innovation, and an evaluation of how the Competition Directorate would rule on two proposed mobile mergers. We have also worked on a regulatory case in Georgia, a broadband strategy case in the UK, and a court case in Ireland where we helped reverse an appeals court decision at the Supreme Court.
